Manfred Mauricio Quintanilla Hernández is a Mexican businessman known for leading the conglomerate Grupo TUM, which groups more than 20 companies in sectors such as logistics and transportation.

In June 2024, the Mexico City Judiciary issued an arrest warrant against him for false declarations, which led to the issuance of a red notice by Interpol, making him wanted in almost 200 countries.

Subsequently, Quintanilla Hernández went into exile in Los Angeles, California, to avoid prosecution in Mexico.

In addition, he faces tax problems in the United States. EVM USA LLC, a subsidiary of Energía del Valle de México, owned by Quintanilla Hernández, was sued in Texas for non-compliance with tax obligations.
