It is presumed that the recent visit of the governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya, to Los Angeles, California, on the same day of the arrest of Ismael El Mayo Zambada, may not be a mere coincidence, since businessman Manfred Mauricio Quintanilla Hernández, who went into exile a few months ago after being linked to the Sinaloa Cartel, resides in that U.S. city.

He left for California to avoid arrest after an arrest warrant was issued for him in Mexico.

We are told that he and his partner, Mauricio Soto Caballero, were accused of receiving funds from this criminal organization to finance the PRD presidential campaign in 2006, as revealed by journalist Tim Golden.
